Salesforce Technical Specialist Remote | Full-time Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Specialist to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and FlowCustomize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rulesIntegrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIsDevelop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platformTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecksParticipate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutionsEnsure best practices for security, scalability, and data integrityPerform unit testing and support UAT and deployment activitiesMaintain documentation for technical designs and system configurationsStay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical SpecialistStrong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC)Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience CloudUnderstanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rulesExperience with integrations and APIsFamiliarity with Git or other version control systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.)Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps processesKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience in Agile/Scrum development environments Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
