We bring the most innovative customer success platform that is designed and built for specific areas such as health care, financial services, manufacturing, and more.

We’re on the search for a technical writer to document MuleSoft and other connectors and APIs that integrate Salesforce Industries Financials, Health, and Communications products with third party products. You’ll work alongside developers and technical writers in the Salesforce Buenos Aires office, and work remotely when needed. When it’s available, you’ll collaborate and rewrite technical content created by developers.

You’re a problem solver with excellent people skills who is eager to write easy-to-understand developer guides and online help. You’re a great match if you’re self-directed, passionate about technology, and interested in producing high-quality documentation. You thrive in a fast-faced environment and are strong at prioritizing your work. You’re interested in learning the standards of technical communication, authoring in ASCII doc and XML authoring tools, and are open to feedback on your writing, with an eye towards continuous improvement.

**Required Experience/Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability as Technical Writer, Documentation, Support or Engineering.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to read code and basic understanding of object-oriented programming
- Working knowledge of XML or HTML
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Great people and communication skills
- Focus on quality and details
- Strong team player
- Customer advocate

**Desired Experience/Skills**:

- Professional writing experience with a demonstrated ability to write concise prose
- Ability to write your own code samples and develop your own apps
- Experience with source control software such as Perforce or GitHub
- Experience with authoring tools such as Oxygen or Arbortext
