Trabajamos con clientes del sector público y privado, aportando tecnología de vanguardia y asegurando la máxima eficiencia en la gestión y ejecución de nuestros proyectos. Estamos buscando un Country Manager para Argentina que asuma la responsabilidad de liderar nuestras operaciones en el país, consolidar nuestra posición en el mercado y gestionar proyectos estratégicos con un enfoque innovador. Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y operativas que impulsen el desarrollo de negocios y el crecimiento de la empresa en Argentina. Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios de alta performance en las áreas operativa y comercial, fomentando un entorno colaborativo y enfocado en resultados. Establecer relaciones estratégicas con empresas del sector público y privado, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Gestionar procesos de licitación y presupuestación para proyectos de gran envergadura, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de objetivos. Colaborar con los principales actores del mercado, incluyendo proveedores y grandes corporaciones, para alcanzar acuerdos estratégicos. Participar en negociaciones complejas y tomar decisiones clave que alineen los objetivos comerciales y técnicos de la compañía. Supervisar y acompañar proyectos tecnológicos de alta complejidad, garantizando la calidad y el cumplimiento de plazos. Representar a la empresa en eventos, reuniones estratégicas y foros del sector. Requisitos del perfil: Experiencia previa comprobable de 5 años en posiciones similares, liderando equipos y desarrollando estrategias en empresas del sector de tecnología, seguridad, telecomunicaciones o redes. Conocimientos avanzados en soluciones de Video Seguridad, Data y tecnología aplicada a procesos de seguridad. Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de gran escala y alta complejidad tecnológica. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación para interactuar con clientes, equipos internos y stakeholders clave. Experiencia en procesos de licitación, análisis de presupuestos y manejo de grandes contratos. Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente por el país. Formación académica en carreras relacionadas con Ingeniería, Tecnología, Telecomunicaciones o afines (deseable). Manejo fluido de inglés (oral y escrito).
