Responsibilities Determine key stakeholders on the NIPT market and prepare a long‑term business strategy. Build a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels. Be actively involved in the sales process and lead the team of sales representatives. Promote the company’s products/services addressing. Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Qualifications Sales driven and goal‑oriented person. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. A solid background in business development management and sales representation, with a proven ability to deliver results. In‑depth knowledge of the local healthcare industry, particularly in the private sector. Proven leadership skills, ability to work in a team, yet be able to act independently with key market stakeholders. Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus. Advantages Higher education degree (biotechnology, biology, medicine, biochemistry, or microbiology). Knowledge of the local NIPT market and products.
