GenePlanet is an innovative, high-tech company present in more than 30 countries. We specialize in providing preventive genetic tests that empower individuals to take control of their health. Our tests adhere to the highest standards of quality and are based on the latest scientific discoveries. the field of biotechnology, where we specialize in genetic testing and analyses in the field of human genetics.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who is capable of excellent performance in the role of a Country Manager. You will not only seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers but also manage a team of experts and seek new sales channels and opportunities with out of the box thinking.
Tasks
- Determine key stakeholders on the NIPT market and prepare a long term business strategy
- Build a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels
- Be actively involved in the sales process and lead the team of sales representatives
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

**Requirements**:

- Sales driven and goal-oriented person
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- A solid background in business development management and sales representation, with a proven ability to deliver results.
- In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare industry, particularly in the private sector.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to work in a team, yet be able to act independently with key market stakeholders
- Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus

**You would have an advantage with**:

- Higher education degree (biotechnology, biology, medicine, biochemistry, or microbiology)
- Knowledge of the local NIPT market and products
- Experience in working in the field of gynaecology
