Position Overview: We are seeking a Media & Data Business Development Director with extensive experience in online media and leading campaigns for major brands. This role is pivotal for the expansion of our products and services and penetration into new markets, both with current and new clients. Responsibilities: Develop and lead strategies for the expansion of the company’s products and services in the digital media market. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging markets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products that meet market and client needs. Manage and lead online media campaigns for major brands, ensuring their success and optimization. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and strategic partners. Monitor market trends and provide insights and strategies to maintain the company’s competitiveness. Oversee campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize results. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective alignment and achievement of common goals. Requirements: Proven experience in online media and leading advertising campaigns for major brands. Strong commercial and new product development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies. Deep knowledge of media and data market trends. Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. Experience working with clients in the Brazilian market is desirable. Strategic vision and results-oriented. Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
