Business Development Director – Retail Media, Backbone Services

Office Location: CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Director with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead commercial opportunities with brands and agencies , focusing on our backbone services and Net Zero Ads product . The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building businesses from scratch , a strong product vision , and exceptional commercial skills in industries such as supermarkets, banks, airlines, and pharmacies . Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands in key industries (supermarkets, banks, airlines, pharmacies). Establish commercial relationships with agencies and brands to drive growth and adoption of the Net Zero Ads product . Develop and execute a mid-to-long-term commercial expansion strategy to drive sustainable growth. Build and monetize ad sales units based on 1st party data from various industries. Establish strategic partnerships with data-rich companies and create advertising solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate, optimize, and scale retail media solutions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in business development, product vision, and commercial strategy, preferably in AdTech or MarTech . Strong knowledge of the advertising industry in LATAM and a solid network within brands and agencies . Experience in selling SaaS technology products . Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit. Proven experience in retail media, AdTech/MarTech, data partnerships , or strategic consulting on data monetization . Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships . Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Why Join Us?
