We are on the hunt for a freelance Social/Community Manager to join our team at Botnet, a 2D Tamagotchi-style world of mini-mes. In this role, you'll be responsible for the management and development of our active online community. Your passion for digital interaction, combined with your strong understanding of social media engagement strategies, will be key to fostering a positive environment for users and optimizing our brand's online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Community Engagement_
- Foster and manage interactions within our community through various digital and social platforms.
- Act as the go-to person for our community, answering queries, providing updates, and moderating discussions as necessary.
- Content Management_
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand's goals and voice.
- Plan, create, and manage high-engaging content across multiple channels to foster community growth.
- Analytics and Reporting_
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews to gain insights and improve community engagement.
- Collaboration_
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that enhance community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align community management with broader promotional strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- Proven experience as a community manager or similar role in social media management.
- In-depth knowledge of online platforms and their best practices, including social media, forums, and web presences.
- Experience in using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Soft Skills_
- Excellent verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to moderate both online and offline conversations with our community.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online community engagement metrics.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
