We're searching for a Content Creator who can own end-to-end production of short-form video for TikTok and Instagram—turning ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and brand growth. You'll manage the content calendar, execute trend-aligned creative concepts, and deliver high-quality videos with speed and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking full ownership, thrives in fast-paced creative cycles, and delivers precise, polished outputs.

Core Outcomes

  • Produce high-performing TikTok/IG Reels weekly with strong retention and engagement.

  • Manage the full social content workflow: planning, shooting, editing, and scheduling.

  • Implement trend-driven concepts within 24–72 hours of emergence.

  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence and brand-safe visual style.

  • Track performance and support iterative improvements through analytics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in short-form content creation for TikTok and/or Instagram

  • Proficiency using CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush, or other mainstream mobile/desktop editors

  • Ability to work remotely in PST-aligned hours
