We're hiring a TikTok Shop host and content creator to represent a fast-growing clean-beauty brand. You'll be the on-camera face of the brand—hosting engaging TikTok Lives, producing short-form videos that stop the scroll, and helping convert audiences into loyal fans. This role is perfect for creators who thrive on performance, consistency, and results.
Core outcomes:
- Host multiple weekly TikTok Live sessions that drive measurable engagement and sales.
- Film, edit, and publish 3–5 native TikTok videos per week aligned with campaign goals.
- Analyze content performance and iterate to improve reach, retention, and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan live calendars and trend-based content.
- Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and FTC-compliant creator standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years in TikTok content creation and live hosting (e-commerce brands is a must - preferably beauty brands).
- Proven experience converting Tiktok Live viewers into buyers for Tiktok shop.
- Proven ability to film, edit, and publish native short-form video content.
- Proficiency with mainstream mobile video editing software (CapCut, InShot, or TikTok native editor).
- Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps +) with backup option.
- Familiarity with beauty or consumer product categories.
