We are seeking a talented and creative TikTok Video Creator & Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing compelling video content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts that effectively advertises and promotes our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form video advertisements and promotional materials that align with our brand messaging and marketing objectives, while resonating with the TikTok and YouTube Shorts audience.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the TikTok and YouTube Shorts platforms, including popular trends, content formats, and audience preferences.
- Possess strong storytelling abilities to craft engaging narratives and scripts that capture attention and drive engagement on these platforms.
- Utilize advanced video editing skills to produce high-quality, visually appealing videos that adhere to the latest trends and best practices on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in short-form video marketing and advertising.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in video creation and marketing strategies for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience, product features, and desired outcomes for each video project.
- Ensure timely delivery of video projects, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Analyze video performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating successful short-form video content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with a strong portfolio or samples showcasing your work.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting abilities, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with the TikTok and YouTube Shorts audience.
- Proficiency in video production techniques, including filming, lighting, and audio recording.
- Advanced skills in video editing software and familiarity with popular video editing apps and tools for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting, and video advertising strategies for short-form video platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work around a schedule.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality, engaging video content.
- Familiarity with video analytics and performance metrics on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: From $300,000.00 per month
