**This is a 100% Remote Working Opportunity for a US IT Firm.**

We help our customers become more agile, efficient, robust, and secure.

We provide enterprise-level services to customers all around the world. Along with safeguarding against destructive attacks like ransomware and data exfiltration, it also helps businesses decrease expenses, simplify their infrastructure, and improve the user experience by eliminating stacks of internal processes.
- Provide deployment advisory services, such as best practice design advice, and configurations, among other things.
- Assist clients with testing and troubleshooting during the deployment process. As needed, escalate to higher levels of help.
- Replicate client concerns in order to validate problems and document methods to duplicate for the Support, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Other duties or projects, as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Technical bachelor's degree and/or similar work experience are the very minimum requirements.
- Perform network modeling and analysis, enforce policies for standardizing systems
- Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance
- Implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data networks
- Knowledge of network debugging tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR, as well as practical experience with them
