**Estamos en búsqueda de Sr Global IT Support para Agencia de Publicidad con presencia en Buenos Aires, Miami, Amsterdam, Los Ángeles.**

**Rol y responsabilidades**

  • Administrar y monitorear las diferentes plataformas de Seguridad (Firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam, entre otras)
  • Analizar diariamente las alertas de seguridad que se reportan y mitigar los posibles incidentes de seguridad siguiendo el correspondiente proceso.
  • Dar soporte remoto al resto de las oficinas de la network sobre dispositivos Apple y Windows.
  • Trabajar en la documentación y estandarización de los nuevos procesos.
  • Tener conocimiento en configuración y mantenimiento de hardware, impresoras y redes.
  • Autonomía y proactividad que permita ejecutar las tareas de análisis de procesos y resolución deproblemas en tareas de soporte.
  • Participar activamente en el trabajo con otros miembros del equipo para minimizar el impacto delos incidentes y aplicar medidas correctivas.

**Requisitos**

  • +3 años de experiência en el Rol
  • Manejo avanzado de inglés.
  • Experiência en Seguridad informática
  • Conocimiento de IOS, SI, redes/wi-fi y hardware
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Sentido de colaboración en equipo.
