We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for an Jr. IT Support (IT End User Support). The ITS deals with the most challenging problems on ower infrastructure. We work with the most modern platforms and tools. This position requires on-site office attendance 4 times a week.

You’ll be presented with unique challenges and the tools to solve them, surrounded by exceptional colleagues, and supported by incredibly helpful partner teams

**This is What You Will Do**:

- Resolve incidents and requests independently, following procedures and documenting the process in our ticket system (Jira SM)
- Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for customers
- Assist in solving problems, gives instructions on the use of equipment and software and work with the IT team in specials projects
- Recommend hardware and software changes
- Assist with employee onboarding, updates, termination activities, and User Provider activities (Revalidations)
- Create documentation for help desk processes and procedures
- Familiarity with authentication and security best practices. LastPass, SSO
- Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 components
- Capable of imaging, deploying and troubleshooting laptops
- Experience with ticketing systems. - Jira Service Managment / SW / Confluence
- Previous experience working in an IT level one support role
- Strong mobile computing hardware experience
- Knowledge in ITIL methodologies
- Upper Intermediate or above English level
