**IT Support Technician - Windows 11 Rollout (Contract, Remote)**:
Join Launchpad's IT team and play a key role in our Windows 11 rollout project. We're looking for a hands-on technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping users get up and running quickly and smoothly. If you love problem-solving, tech configuration, and direct user support, this role is for you.

**Start date**: July 7th, 2025
**Contract length**: 3 months (high potential for extension)
**Work hours**: Monday to Friday, 8-5 PST (fully remote)

**️ What You'll Be Doing**:

- Image and configure Windows 11 devices for seamless deployment
- Perform in-place upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for installation and configuration issues
- Log, track, and communicate recurring issues to the IT team for resolution

**What You Need to Succeed**:
**Must-haves**:

- 2-4 years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and PC imaging processes
- Experience supporting end users and resolving hardware/software issues
- Advanced English (written and verbal) - daily communication with users and IT stakeholders

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or MDT
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft
- Experience with OS upgrades at enterprise level
