About the Role:We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Level 3 IT Technician to join our growing IT support team. In this role, you’ll handle escalated technical issues, manage infrastructure tasks, and serve as the final point of resolution for critical systems problems. You’ll work closely with systems administrators, engineers, and help desk staff to maintain uptime and performance across all platforms. What you’ll do:● Provide advanced technical support for desktop, server, network, and application issues.● Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software problems.● Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure, M, AWS)● Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.● Collaborate with IT leadership to implement infrastructure improvements and security enhancements.● Document solutions, procedures, and system configurations. Requirements:● 12+ years of IT support experience, with at least 5 years at Level 2 or 3.● Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.● Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), cloud services (Azure or AWS), and backup/disaster recovery systems.● Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)● Excellent troubleshooting skills.● Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong plus.
