**Key Responsibilities**: - Enable corporate users to Citi’s FX trading platforms and perform static setups in Citi’s internal systems - Guide clients on filling out documentation where applicable. - Provide excellent support service to a geographically diverse user base of corporate clients - Troubleshoot incidents and problems for clients accessing Citi’s online FX products - Follow up with internal team to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely way. - Collaborate effectively across clients, sales and technology teams - Track all queries and work closely with managers to prioritize resolution - Develop in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of FX/ FX Sales and Trading business **Qualifications**: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in a client facing, service role, call centers or similar position - Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Advanced English Speaking and Written Skills, Minimum C1 Level **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Proficient English skills - **Job Family Group**: Customer Service - **Job Family**: Institutional Customer Service - **Time Type**: - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
