**Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Own client success from matching and onboarding through long-term retention
- Coach clients on delegation, workflows, and best practices
- Lead accountability calls to keep clients and EAs aligned on goals
- Create onboarding plans and role expectations that set partnerships up for success
- Act as a strategic advisor by addressing challenges early and constructively
- Support strong communication between clients and EAs
- Identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities
**Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful**
- 2 plus years in customer success, account management, coaching, or similar roles
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or business owners preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
- AI native mindset with practical use of LLM tools
- High ownership, calm under pressure, and coachable
