Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar la relación integral con clientes, actuando como principal punto de contacto y partner estratégico durante todo el ciclo de la cuenta.
  • Comprender en profundidad los objetivos del negocio del cliente y traducirlos en necesidades técnicas claras para los equipos de desarrollo.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre clientes y equipos técnicos internos, asegurando una correcta coordinación en la asignación de recursos, definiciones de prioridades y gestión de cambios.
  • Detectar de forma temprana riesgos vinculados a la relación o a la operación de las cuentas, proponiendo e implementando planes de mitigación que aseguren la continuidad del servicio.
  • Gestionar situaciones de conflicto o desviaciones en expectativas técnicas o comerciales, promoviendo soluciones alineadas a los objetivos tanto del cliente como de BEON.
  • Realizar seguimiento constante de métricas de servicio (performance de los equipos, feedback del cliente, niveles de satisfacción y retención).
Requirements
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y organización.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles relacionados con account management, customer success o gestión de cuentas en empresas de desarrollo de software o servicios IT.
  • Excelente manejo de stakeholders.
  • Experiencia en la industria del desarrollo de software.
