What is Drodat? Drodat is an all-in-one software suite, and CRM, for home servicing businesses in the USA.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with new users and organizations, ensuring they maximize the potential of the Drodat platform. The CSM will work to maintain a strong relationship with both active and trialing Drodat users. An efficient Customer Success Manager should have great communication skills, and strong confidence using a CRM. (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
Deliverables:
- Assist with client account onboarding
- Engage with new users to educate them on Drodat
- Ensure trial users convert to paid users
- Conduct regular check-ins with users
- Identify and address user challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,971, $2,253,580.00 per month
