Location South America - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Own client success from matching and onboarding through long-term retention Coach clients on delegation, workflows, and best practices Lead accountability calls to keep clients and EAs aligned on goals Create onboarding plans and role expectations that set partnerships up for success Act as a strategic advisor by addressing challenges early and constructively Support strong communication between clients and EAs Identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful > 2 plus years in customer success, account management, coaching, or similar roles Experience working with entrepreneurs or business owners preferred Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills AI native mindset with practical use of LLM tools High ownership, calm under pressure, and coachable Your Perks: What's in it for you Fully remote role aligned to 9 AM to 5 PM EST Competitive base pay plus performance based bonus Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and professional growth support Collaborative, feedback driven, high ownership culture Why Adaptive Teams?
