We're committed to fostering a culture of creativity, belonging and continuous learning, attracting and developing the brightest talent, and providing exciting career opportunities that help our people grow. _ **Responsabilidades** - Ejecución de campañas: - Desarrollar y mantener banners HTML5/CSS/JS responsivos, animaciones (p. ej., CSS/GSAP) y plantillas modulares para DCO. - Implementar variables dinámicas, reglas y feeds (CSV/JSON/XML/Sheets) para personalización a escala. - Preparar paquetes de publicación: nomenclatura, empaquetado, tags, clickTags, polite loading. - Carga/trafficking de creatividades y dinámicas en plataformas DCO/ad serving según el stack del cliente. - Colaboración y operación: - Trabajar con ACP, PM, AM y equipos de agencias de medios para implementar estrategias addressable en requerimientos técnicos claros. - Apoyar la definición de ways of working técnicos para nuevas cuentas (entornos de staging, repos, flujos de aprobación). - Estimar esfuerzo/timing y señalar riesgos/limitaciones técnicas. - QA y lanzamiento: - Realizar QA funcional y visual multivariación, cross-browser/device, y verificación de peso/performance. - Validar integraciones de tracking (click/impression/interaction), brand safety y políticas de plataformas. - Entregar evidencias de QA: listas de variaciones, capturas o grabaciones de pantalla cuando aplique. - Documentación y soporte: - Redactar especificaciones técnicas, "template functionality docs" y guías de uso para equipos internos. - Dar soporte técnico a PM/Creatividad en RFPs de automatización (inputs, factibilidad, alcances). - Apoyar onboarding de nuevas plataformas/herramientas con set-up básico y pruebas de concepto. - Mejora continua: - Proponer y aplicar buenas prácticas de performance, accesibilidad, naming y versionado. - Contribuir a la evaluación de nuevas soluciones de terceros (display/social/video) con POCs acotadas. **Requisitos**: - 3-5 años en desarrollo de banners HTML5 y creatividades dinámicas para paid media. - Sólido dominio de HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript vanilla; experiência con animación (CSS/GSAP) y assets sprites/video. - Experiência práctica con plataformas DCO/ad serving, por ejemplo: - Google Marketing Platform (Studio, CM360, DV360), Flashtalking, Sizmek, Celtra o similares. - Manipulación de feeds dinámicos (CSV/JSON/XML), mapeo de campos, reglas y validación de datos. - QA cross-browser/device, optimización de peso (lazy/polite loading), y troubleshooting de tags/tracking. - Uso de control de versiones (Git) y herramientas de gestión (Jira/Asana/Trello) y design handoff (Figma/Adobe). - Inglés intermedio/avanzado para leer especificaciones y coordinar con equipos globales. **Deseables** - Conocimiento de plataformas social DCO (p. ej., Meta via Creative Hub/Feeds, Smartly Celtra, etc.). - Familiaridad con cTV/OLV specs y VAST/VPAID. - Experiência con sistemas de plantillas/compilación (NPM, templating engines) y linters. - Nociones de data layer, UTM/measurement y privacidad (consent, GDPR/CCPA) en creatividades.
