The O2C Training teams support the local SAP Training and Adoption departments with the delivery of trainings and certifications on SAP solutions to our customers. SAP Training and Adoption offers a variety of products with different delivery methods.

The O2C Training teams are responsible for the entire booking process up to invoice delivery.

**What you’ll do**
- First level query management via ticketing system
- Processing course and certification registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products (back-end & front-end)
- Supporting customers with Troubleshooting
- Invoicing, issuing of cancellations and credit notes (incl. Dispute Case Management)
- Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers
- General administrative tasks
- Continuous process improvement

**What you bring**
- Language Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)

Fluent written and spoken German (mandatory)
- Strong problem solving skills, Multitask & detail oriented profile
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to keep up with a fast changing environment
- A strong will to deliver excellent quality
- Great Team Spirit
