As a Finance Operations Associate in O2I Training you will be able to execute operational (including transactional) tasks independently and deal with customers' queries. Gain a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions and maintain good relationship with external and internal customers.
**Expectations & Tasks**
- Executes operational and transactional tasks independently and deals with customers' queries.
- Gains a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions.
- Maintains good relationship with external and internal customers.
- Administration and maintenance of trainings schedule and participants registrations
- Customer service provided by hotline and ticketing system
- Preparation of period close and invoicing ensuring timely and accurate customer billing. Analyses pending billing and identifies potential quality issues.
- Cooperation and Communication with internal and external customers
- Preparation of process documentation / working instructions
- Supporting other team members as back up
- Support projects and/or Improvement activities
**Work Experience**:
- Experience working within a finance related field is an advantage
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience working in virtual teams is a plus
**Education and Qualifications / skills & Competencies**:
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Portuguese or Italian is a plus
- Successfully completed Secondary Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a virtual team
- Fast learner
- Adaptable and able to use own initiative
- Organization & time management skills are essential
- Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
- Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
