Sr Business Development Specialist

Directa24 is looking for an experienced Operations Business Development Specialist to join our Expansion team. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and found new business opportunities.
What you will do:
- Formulate business strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Who you are:
- 5+ proven experience in the Operations sector or similar.
- Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, and IT.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- English required.
- Is a plus if you have experience working with payment methods.
