**What you'll do**

You will define and document As-Is and To-Be Marketing Processes, manage project timelines, deliverables, align resources, coordinate projects, and ensure that all MarTech initiatives align with our broader marketing objectives. The Process & Project Management Expert will play a significant role in defining, tracking, and optimizing marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

**What you bring**
- Professional experience in Marketing Processes from Activity to Lead Handover
- Familiarity in Marketing Reporting and Marketing Technologies
- Strong background in Project Management
- Ability to understand process challenges and areas of opportunity
- Familiarity with documenting and reviewing Marketing Process Flows and Diagrams
- Proven ability to manage team meetings
- Prior team or work stream lead experience is a plus
- Excellent methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English

**Work experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Marketing technologies
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Expertise in Marketing process optimization and documentation; Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

The Marketing Process & Transformation Office is responsible for overseeing and driving the Project Management of marketing and marketing technology projects and programs. Additionally, the team focusses on the optimization of Marketing Processes across the organization. Our team manages objectives, timelines, and resource across projects, and develops organizational efficiencies. Our work and focus helps to promote a collaborative and a high-performance culture across SAP.
