**What we offer** Oversees the installation and client acceptance of SAP and non-SAP software systems or system integration projects or serves as trusted partner for a dedicated customer managing a sustainable and long-term engagement holistically. Accountable for customer satisfaction within the managed project, related schedules and deliverables or ensures overall customer success and satisfaction and is to be considered billable and funded via the existing delivery engagements. Core tasks can include: - Customer engagement and may monitor budget / spending. - Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. - Organizes the inter departmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. - Establishes trusted advisor status with strategic customers and actively manages executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT) - Manages the governance process aligned with all stakeholders (customer, SAP, and partners) **Accountability** - responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility - internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters collaborates in devising long-term concepts - may include team lead or supervisory responsibilities **Complexity** - contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects) - works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility - provides regular project status and updates - decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy - enhance complex systems & processes **Experience** - advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas - individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations - typically, several years’ experience with increasing amount of responsibility - ) in Project Management: Depending on LoB, has an PMI, Six Sigma or equivalent certification - if in Six Sigma has green belt **Communication** - builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners - contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation - communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand - communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers **Key Responsibilities & Tasks** - responsible for the management of the complete lifecycle of a project - drives the outcomes of the project as defined in the relevant contractual documents, per the agreed delivery methodology and relevant standards. - understands the company commitments as well as the customer expectations > recognizes the need to modify the project objectives and applies the change management process - provides leadership to the project cross-functional team, including coaching to the team members, defines individual objectives and priorities, evaluates performances and reinforce successes. - provides a partnering role with customer and partner project management teams (where applicable) - Performs project reviews and reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned" **Experience & Educational Requirements** **General Experience/Skills**: - Management experience in managing small to medium size teams or organizations with multiple demonstrable successful project outcomes - Management of remote resources (global delivery or distributed organization) is a plus > P&L of LoB in small to medium size organization is desirable - Cultural awareness and experience working across different cultures and nationalities - Good leadership and people management skills are essential - Experience leading in matrix organization without formal authority is a plus **Cloud Specific Experience**: - Knows the SAP Activate Framework for Cloud Solutions - at least 2 complete project lifecycles Education: - university degree, preferably in engineering, information technologies or economics - Relevant certifications Language Requirements: English: Fluent, second language an advantage **We are SAP** **Our inclusion promise** SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
