**Description**
- Lead and manage the ERP implementation project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure alignment with key focus areas: Accounting & Finance, Operations, Distribution & Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed**.**:

- Conduct formal and informal performance assessments of staff, including performance versus expectations and goals, behaviors, and leadership potential, and seek the same for self.
- Actively participate in required training and development programs and electives as suit one’s needs, and support colleagues, trainers, and management as appropriate with these efforts.
- Promote the Company’s Mission and Values, including an accountable, innovative, and results-oriented culture that promotes customer service, openness, teamwork, mutual trust, and respect.

**Experience and/or Education**:

- Proven experience managing large, complex mid-market ERP deployments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft ERP (Dynamics F&O and/or BC); experience with legacy ERP NAV is a plus.
- Strong understanding of key focus areas: Accounting & Finance, Operations, Distribution & Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.

- Raise issues and concerns promptly.
- Document and present work in a clear and concise manner.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet for managing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Experience with change management and training initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Work independently with mínimal direction and oversight.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 per month
