- **Sobre vos**:
- Experiência previa en gestión de áreas de soporte, preferiblemente en el ámbito de tecnología o consultoría.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos, en especial agiles.
- Habilidades sólidas de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir plazos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Orientación al logro de resultados y capacidad para resolver problemas de forma proactiva.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de proyectos por ejemplo Azure Devops (no excluyente)
- **Tus habilidades más importantes**:
- Liderazgo de equipos de trabajo
- Ingles intermedio
- Capacidad de gestión de equipos multiculturales y amplia experiência (seniority)
- Experiência con algún ERP (Microsoft Dynamics ,JDE,SAP, Netsuit, Oracle, Peoplesoft etc)
- Proactividad y autonomía de trabajo.
- **Tu día a día**:
- Liderar y gestionar los contratos de soporte y la administración de contrato de servicios.
- Relación directa con el cliente y sus necesidades
- Gestionar las necesidades del área
- Negociación con el cliente
- Asignación de incidencias recibidas de clientes en miembros del equipo.
