**What will help you succeed**:

- **Experience in marketing automation, marketing analytics, audience acquisition, customer lifecycle, and loyalty programs, among others.**
- **In-depth knowledge of how marketing relates to sales, service, e-commerce, etc., within an organization.**
- **Working knowledge of CX principles.**
- **Experience with the entire marketing technology (martech) ecosystem.**
- **Excellent communication and team management skills.**
- **Strong analytical and negotiation skills.**
