Role & Responsibilities

If you are interested, follow the requirements below:
Work as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Customer Experience (CX) Projects.
Help our customers to achieve success in their personalization journey.
Analyze the business requirements and guarantee the CX solution best practices during the implementation.
Configure and administrate the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Configure account setup and data.
Configure campaigns and journeys.
Collaborate with the functional requirements for the implementation.
Participate in team meetings, and work with other consultants, developers, business analysts, project managers, and QA team.
Help the CX team, providing support to questions and proposing improvements.

Essential Qualifications

Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Be a data-driven person.
Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.

Desirable Qualifications

Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
Knowledge in other CX solutions from Salesforce and/or SAP (e.g., Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service, Customer Data Platform, Customer Data Cloud etc.).
Portuguese is a plus.
