Lead - Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist Total Number of Openings: 1 Overview Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses. Responsibilities Lead experience cloud portal configuration including building new pages, helping marketing/customer service manage content, adding more self-service functionality Understand business requirements and processes and translate into strategy and solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders, program manager and product owners to build out experience cloud offerings Identify unused or underutilized platform features to inform future enhancements Proactive portal maintenance Collaboration with developers for deep technical enhancements Work in an agile construct including but not limited to sprint planning, feature breakdown, user story estimation etc. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher 3+ years experience in product knowledge of Salesforce experience cloud, community specialist or administrator Experience working in a global operation organization Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification Relocation Options Relocation will not be considered. International Considerations Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
