**Technology Services Delivery Leader** que se sume a la comunidad de IT Patagonia.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestion de servicios de infraestructura
- Realización de informes de servicios y seguimientos (internos y con los clientes)
- Coordinación de diferentes equipos para lograr objetivos y eficacia en los servicios.
- Capacity Planning.
- Gestion de sistemas y aplicaciones para el seguimiento de workload y tracking de tareas (Herramientas de tickets, Project management, FTE tracking, etc)
- Reuniones de equipos, planificación de trainings internos.
- Capacidad de poder liderar proyectos de implementación de nuevos servicios, definiendo Tecnologías, modalidades de servicio, herramientas, etc.

**Requisitos Principales**:

- Al menos 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de servicios (GLPI, ZohoDesk, Jira) y practicas ITIL.
- Project Management
- Experiência en cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc).

**Requisitos Deseables**:

- Conocimiento intermedio del idioma ingles
- Background técnico en networking, administración de servidores, Linux, ciberseguridad.

Remoto con reuniones presenciales 1 vez por semana ya sea en nuestras oficinas o en clientes de ser necesario.
