**About the Position**:
The Head of Technology Delivery position is the face of Distillery delivery services with a focus on building strategic client relationships, where you play the role of a trusted advisor. Your focus will be on building client trust, helping expand the revenue opportunities through consulting and thought leadership, and driving revenue by assuring quality delivery across the board. Your role is client champion, a trusted advisor, and facilitator who drives client’s business results. To succeed in this role, you need to be laser-focused on your client's business, a solid understanding of client’s Industry, a self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to manage your time and customers’ expectations, while staying adaptable to customer-driven priorities. A strong technology acumen in driving digital solutions based on development, Cloud, Data Engineering and related technologies is essential.

You will take ownership of revenue execution by ensuring delivery quality, developing opportunities, creating and executing on account strategies, helping in the closing of enterprise-level deals, and driving client growth and expansion. You will be responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of the internal PMO office to ensure results at the highest level of P&L delivery ownership. You are responsible for developing long term, valued trust-based partnerships with our clients, unparalleled customer service, customer success, and a solutions-mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the design, management and implementation of the framework within which projects are created, managed and completed. Create methodologies, standards and dependencies according to which projects are designed.- You will be responsible for resource planning and providing ongoing support and escalation for the heads of Technology Departments, as well as maintaining oversight of live projects and reporting on performance to senior stakeholders.- Partner with Operations and Sales to design the vision of the delivery capabilities for the present and future of the organization, not only limited to technologies and implementations but also to build ad-hoc methodologies.- Partner with other internal departments in order to ensure alignment with the broader organizational objectives.- Provide reporting on delivery KPIs such as quality, velocity, defects, hours delivered, revenue generated, etc.- Develop strong sales and product knowledge in support of the commercial areas.- Help scale the delivery organization through operational innovation.- Be 75% player and 25% manager/coach in the beginning.- Hybrid role - 50% home office.- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence.- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship.- Provide insightful feedback from prospect conversations to product, sales and marketing leadership qualifications.- Strong understanding of sales development best practices (sequences, cadence management, cold-calling, objection handling, etc.) and pipeline building process.- Proven track record of delivering work towards US clients.

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing high-performing delivery organizations with more than 200 individual contributors.
- 10+ years of experience in the software, services, technology delivery industries.
- A quantitative track record of exceptional performance.- Ability to develop and implement sales enablement processes tied to engineering capabilities.- Product intuition and business acumen; you are able to understand how Distillery provides different values to different customers depending on their role, industry, and technical aptitude.- Excellent prioritization and project management skills.- Curious by nature; wants to bring a growth mindset to work every day.- Detail-oriented, organized, and the ability to simplify complex problems.- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company.

**Nice to Have**:
