**Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate)**:
**Location**: Remote from Latin America
**Schedule**: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
**Availability**: Required during U.S. business hours (EST; flexibility during live deals)
**Engagement**: Contractor
**Reports to**: Founder / principal
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**:$2,500 - $3,500 USD per month** (based on experience)
- **Incentive**:5% commission on deals closed**
- Performance-based upside tied directly to transaction success
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate)** to serve as a strategic right hand to executive leadership within a fast-paced U.S. self storage real estate investment platform. This is a **high-impact role** that blends executive assistance with **acquisitions, operations, and transaction coordination**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Acquisitions & Deal Execution**:
- Support end-to-end acquisition processes, from sourcing to closingAssist with underwriting and deal analysisDraft, submit, and track **LOIs**; manage **PSAs** and transaction documentationCoordinate **due diligence** (leases, permits, financials, inspections, legal docs)Support lender and loan documentation submissions
- Track deal timelines, approvals, and closing milestones
**Development & Construction Coordination**:
- Track development and construction budgets, milestones, and timelinesCoordinate contractor bids, vendor outreach, and ongoing communications
- Maintain organized records related to development and construction activity
**Finance, Bookkeeping & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and expense trackingPrepare budget summaries and operational reportsSupport investor reporting by organizing financial and deal-related data
- Ensure financial documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
**Executive Support & Operations**:
- Provide direct support to executive leadership (calendar, meetings, priorities)Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables with proactive follow-upMaintain and improve systems for deal sourcing, tracking, documentation, and communication
- Conduct research and support ad hoc operational needs
**Stakeholder Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact with brokers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and investors
- Schedule meetings, manage communications, and follow up on open items
**Required Qualifications**:
- **3-6 years of experience** in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or investment operationsHands-on experience with **U.S. real estate transactions** (LOIs, PSAs, diligence, closings)Exposure to underwriting, deal analysis, and financial documentationExperience coordinating development or construction-related workflowsStrong organizational, follow-up, and execution skillsAbility to work independently with mínimal oversight
- Fluent English (written and spoken); familiarity with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience across residential, commercial, multifamily, or self-storage assetsFamiliarity with deal tracking, CRM, or project management tools
- Prior support of founders or senior investment leaders
