Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate) Location: Remote from Latin America Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Availability: Required during U.S. business hours (EST; flexibility during live deals) Engagement: Contractor Reports to: Founder / principal💰 CompensationBase Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month (based on experience)Incentive: 5% commission on deals closedPerformance-based upside tied directly to transaction successAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate) to serve as a strategic right hand to executive leadership within a fast-paced U.S. self storage real estate investment platform. This is a high-impact role that blends executive assistance with acquisitions, operations, and transaction coordination.This is not a traditional EA position. You will actively support real estate deals from opportunity through closing, while also assisting with development tracking, financial organization, and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in deal-driven environments.Key Responsibilities🏢 Acquisitions & Deal ExecutionSupport end-to-end acquisition processes, from sourcing to closingAssist with underwriting and deal analysisDraft, submit, and track LOIs; manage PSAs and transaction documentationCoordinate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, inspections, legal docs)Support lender and loan documentation submissionsTrack deal timelines, approvals, and closing milestones🛠 Development & Construction CoordinationTrack development and construction budgets, milestones, and timelinesCoordinate contractor bids, vendor outreach, and ongoing communicationsMaintain organized records related to development and construction activity📊 Finance, Bookkeeping & ReportingMaintain accurate bookkeeping and expense trackingPrepare budget summaries and operational reportsSupport investor reporting by organizing financial and deal-related dataEnsure financial documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date🗂 Executive Support & OperationsProvide direct support to executive leadership (calendar, meetings, priorities)Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables with proactive follow-upMaintain and improve systems for deal sourcing, tracking, documentation, and communicationConduct research and support ad hoc operational needs🤝 Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a point of contact with brokers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and investorsSchedule meetings, manage communications, and follow up on open itemsRequired Qualifications3–6 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or investment operationsHands-on experience with U.S. real estate transactions (LOIs, PSAs, diligence, closings)Exposure to underwriting, deal analysis, and financial documentationExperience coordinating development or construction-related workflowsStrong organizational, follow-up, and execution skillsAbility to work independently with minimal oversightFluent English (written and spoken); familiarity with U.S. real estate timelines and documentationNice to HaveExperience across residential, commercial, multifamily, or self-storage assetsFamiliarity with deal tracking, CRM, or project management toolsPrior support of founders or senior investment leadersWhy This RoleDirect exposure to U.S. real estate deals from opportunity to closingPerformance-based compensation with real upsideHigh-trust, high-responsibility role within a lean investment teamOpportunity to grow into Acquisitions Operations or Investment Support leadership
