We are looking for a Salesforce Admin Mid/Senior to join our team in Latin America (Colombia, Uruguay or Argentina).Responsibilities & Duties
- User Management, Profiles and Roles maintenance respecting security best practices.
- Object and Fields updates to meet business goals.
- Configuration of Flows and other automation tools maintaining vision of the greater infrastructure.
- Communicate with the development team about new upcoming features ensuring they are aligned with the current business process.
- Assist in Sandbox configurations.
- Efficiently manage ticket queue, prioritizing issues and maintaining a clear communication about their status.

Qualifications & Skills

**_Hard Requirements_**
- Attention to detail, able to understand ultimate goal of a requirement.
- Able to communicate with Stakeholders in English.
- +3 year hands-on experience as Salesforce Admin.
- Experience in Lightning Platform.
- Experience analyzing issues and providing root cause analysis to users.

**_Nice to have_**
- 20+ Trailhead badges.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Familiarity with PSA.
- Knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot).
- JIRA experience.
- Experience with Agile practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical university.
- Or at least a desire to get any of the above
