**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows, process builders, validation rules, and customizations.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices and adoption.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
- Lead and support Salesforce-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and process automation).
- Proficiency in data management tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce modules.
- Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other advanced Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with Territory Management and forecasting processes.
