**Responsibilities**:

- Salesforce Administration:_
- Manage and customize Salesforce configurations, including user profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
- Administer and maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Apex Development:_
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex code to meet specific business needs.
- Create triggers, batch processes, and other programmatic solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for custom development projects.
- Integration with Other Applications:

- Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support.
- Analytics and Reporting:_
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management and end-users.
- Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics or other analytics tools to analyze data trends and patterns.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting.
- End User Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Address and resolve user inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Develop training materials and documentation for Salesforce end-users.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Apex Developer.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Familiarity with integration tools and patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, middleware).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
