We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced team player to join the Argentina Alliances team. T his is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, sales, and a roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' attitude. Success requires the design and execution of a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of our partners ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manner, ability to establish broad senior-level relationships demonstrating strong business acumen and outstanding communication skills.
The Partner Account Senior Administrator develops and manages partnership alliances that offer the firm new business opportunities focused on industries territories and/or group of strategic Partners. Develops and supports the strategic business plan for the success of the alliance. Negotiates alliance agreements and maintain ongoing alliance relationships. This position has the responsibility for developing an Alliances Strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) plan with Core, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Data Cloud and other focus areas in Brazil, supporting key stakeholders. Develops and supports the strategic business plan for the success of the alliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with Partners Sales Managers, Industries/Solutions leaders and Sales teams to develop an Alliance strategy and GTM plan that includes investments in Practice Development, co-selling, and development/growth of Salesforce clouds within the Ecosystem.
- Responsible for develop and execute Alliances Business Plans with Brazilian strategic partners including local and global SI's.
- Work with Salesforce partners ensuring delivering successful C360 projects focused on customer success.
- Build and review sales play metrics/effectiveness on a recurring basis with SIs GTM team, Sales teams & Business Development teams.
- Accountable for engage partners on enablement activities and support partners talent development campaigns
- Maintain capacity and specialization dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments.
- Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of SFDC’s ecosystem strategy & execution results.
**Expertise and skills:
- Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10+ years in either alliance management, consulting or sales with a track record of driving successful business development activities. Proven expertise on Alliances Management is a key differentiator.
- Proven Thought Leader and Influencer with strong record of go to market experience with SI’s and SaaS, OnDemand or other Cloud technology companies
- Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.
- Executive presence to lead and manage the most strategic global partners.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business. Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values and inspire others to follow and act.
- Fluent in English.
