Human by nature.**Local Manufacturing Excellence Lead, your future position?**
- As a part of the Taste and Wellbeing division, reporting to the Head of HR for South Cone, you will execute local activities related to process technology to guarantee the upscaling and industrialization of our products, change management, non conformities management and causation search. You will also work with Indicator development for relevant processes.**In this exciting position, you'll**:
- Prepare manufacturing set-up instructions, production versions including specific manufacturing requirements related to equipment, formulas or dietary restrictions;
- Solve manufacturing problems related to nonconformities or manufacturing inefficiencies;
- Support local process technology improvement projects, for example, linked to LEAN or GPS;
- Communicate with flavor specialists to ensure formula design meets manufacturing capabilities according to NPIR;
- Liaise with Quality and Operations to resolve product non conformities.

- 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment, on the shop floor;
- Previous experience working with manufacturing processes inside the factory floor and working with manufacturing equipment;
- Experience working with stakeholder management, leading meetings will be a common occurrence;
- SAP knowledge and CI background are valued;
- Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken in required.
