**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with YouTube’s core ad products.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

- Experience educating sellers on new product features.
- Experience designing materials for clients.
- Experience managing problems with some guidance from a manager or executive team member.
- Ability to gain expertise in assigned product area seeking additional support and guidance.
- Ability to work with peers and use resources to solve problems.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, activate and support the development of programs and packages scaled and tailored solutions with special focus on Music, Gaming, Entertainment and Seasonalities, to help drive YouTube growth in Spanish speaking Latin America.
- Bring and forecast new and exciting opportunities according to seasonalities or special events. Partner with YouTube Video, Go-To-Market, Partnerships, and gTech teams to launch scaled packaging within system parameters.- Participate in the global packaging community and other packaging meetings to stay up-to-date on relevant news.-
- Gather feedback from Sales and Agency teams to inform future iterations and provide feedback to Go-To-Market. Lead sales teams in Packages activation and keep tracking of campaigns pacing.- Participate in the global packaging community and other packaging meetings to stay up to date on relevant news. Develop internal communications and external collateral as needed to support sales.
