**Description** **You know that the outcome of a project hinges on two things: the plan and the people.** In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee the production of agency work. You will handle execution and management of multichannel projects through agency development processes, estimating and scope of work composition, budget and scope management, multichannel delivery expertise, team leadership and communication, and creative problem solving. You will: - Assists with tracking projects through agency from implementation to execution stages - With oversight from PM/SPM creates timelines for development of multichannel projects including timing for each step of the developmental process. Balances agency/client needs and consults appropriate team members for input/approvals of proposed timing scenarios. - Supports adherence to project timelines by working with the team to meet milestone dates for project completion by deadline **Essential Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, marketing /advertising/communication concentration preferred - Computer proficiency required, experience with MS Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat Professional **Desired Requirements**: - Previous project management and project planning experience - Outstanding communications skills - Superior organizational skills GSW is a full-service healthcare communications agency that goes beyond advertising to create personalized brand experiences that involve, inspire, educate and activate people through ongoing brand journeys.
