**The Role**

As a Tax Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership, particularly one or two of our tax manager CPAs. This position is pivotal in ensuring our operations and communications run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the success and satisfaction of our clients worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support the Managing CPA in client communication, workflow optimization, and project management.
- Maintain and refine internal processes to support the Managing CPA and their team.
- Keep the project and client database up-to-date, with a keen eye on details and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in an administrative or supportive role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite and a willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Strong time-management skills, capable of organizing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
