**Job Title**: Project Coordinator (Construction & AI) - Remote

**Summary** Elevation AI is seeking a Project Coordinator with a background in construction project controls to support the operations of a key commercial/industrial construction client. This role is a unique opportunity to also help co-develop a next-generation project delivery platform for the construction industry within the Elevation AI ecosystem.

We are looking for a proactive, self-starting professional with strong organizational skills and a deep familiarity with commercial/industrial construction, estimating, MTO take-offs, cost tracking, and documentation workflows.

**Responsibilities**
- **Construction Client Support**:

- Support bid development and proposal preparation, including takeoffs, cost estimating, specification development, and subcontractor bid review.
- Manage specification sourcing and submittals—locating product data sheets, installation details, and vendor information.
- Act as document controller, organizing drawings, bids, and client documents into structured repositories.
- Track project progress (hours, material usage, % completion) and compile into client-facing updates.
- **Elevation AI Platform Contribution**:

- Collaborate with AI engineers to translate construction requirements into platform functionality.
- Assist in research and proposal development for Elevation AI clients in construction/real estate.

- 2-5+ years in project controls, project coordination, or assistant project management in commercial or industrial construction.
- **Mandatory fluency in both Spanish and English.**:

- **Must be able to align work schedule with Central Time (CT) business hours.**:

- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
- Direct experience with bid development, cost estimating, and project documentation.
- Technologically proficient, with strong skills in Excel/Word and exposure to project management tools (e.g., P6, MS Project).
- (preferred) Degree in Construction Management or a related field.

**Bonus Experience**
- Experience working in both large, structured project environments and smaller, entrepreneurial settings.
- Exposure to U.S. or other international construction standards.

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary (USD-equivalent), adjusted by experience and market.

Pay: $28,654.00 - $35,818.00 per hour
