We are currently looking for a **Senior Project Coordinator - GTM Launch Readiness** to join our growing team.

**What you´ll do**

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the Go-To-Market (GTM) Launch Readiness Team by ensuring that tools, processes, and strategies are aligned with business goals, progressing on schedule, and effectively communicated to delivery teams. You will manage multiple cross-functional projects and programs that impact the full GTM lifecycle for products, solutions, and sales policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, track, and report on Go To Market Readiness projects to ensure successful completion.
- Classify inbound launches and assign to appropriate leads based on prioritization rubrics.
- Drive creation and maintenance of project artifacts (e.g., requirements, timelines, budgets, risk assessments).
- Improve and document business processes and training materials.
- Communicate updates and standards to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and team operations.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to align on business needs.
- Support strategic initiatives, resource management, and executive reporting.
- Lead special projects related to organizational operations and strategic investments.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in project management of cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with Product Go-To-Market principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing tools and knowledge of SLA, SLO, and KRO.
- Ability to generate and analyze team metrics.
- Experience conducting quality audits and creating WBRs/MBRs.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
