**SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS**

The Project Coordinator/Manager shall have previous experience in the management of installation of solutions from initial engagement through to fulfillment and Customer’s signature of acceptance. Will act as a focal point between Customer, Account Manager, Customer Support, 3rd party Vendors, Marketing, Sales/Design specialists, Software specialists and Engineering.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate project related activities and resources.
- Lead meetings with project stakeholders.
- Negotiate responsibilities in conjunction with timeframes.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables.
- Anticipate and address challenges and risks.
- Support the Management with information on status, plans, and metrics.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain project plans, and task lists
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and professionalism.
- Perform any other related assignment in its entirety.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor’s Degree in science. Bilingual (English/Spanish), excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to maintain excellent personal relations. Desired Experience in working directly with customers, customer account teams, services team. Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. Be open to a flexible organization of working time. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant PM systems. Basic Telecommunications Course (or equivalent). One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the telecommunications and/or operations environment.
