Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating financial and/or securities translation projects and ensuring they are completed within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. It is a position that requires excellent organizational skills and high-level customer care. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supporting and assisting with the entire project cycle, including project setup, coordination with the client, matching and coordination of translators and other linguists and graphic design through to delivery. 
  • Coordinating and tracking project pricing, profit margins and budgets. 
  • Responding to and providing solutions for client queries and requests before, during and after completion of projects (in coordination with the project manager).
  • Improving customer service, efficiency and relationships with resources.
  • Continual product improvement through the management of client translation memories, glossaries and/or guidelines, and monitoring linguistic team performance to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordination with our Translations AI development team to help our technical developments in the field of translations AI. 
Qualifications 
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the translation industry is an asset. 
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
Skills and Competencies  
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications. 
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility for projects and responsibilities.
  • Tech-savvy (passionate about technology and implementing it in the translation world).
Language Requirements 
  • Proficient in English.
  • French is an asset.
