We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will be specializing in the management of our lower-tier clients within the company's portfolio. In this role, you are going to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the clients as well as handle necessary commercial matters. This position also implies tasks that are connected to the administrative support to our Key Account Managers, or KAMs.
Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Commercial team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage a substantial number of client accounts, providing dedicated support with inquiries and delivering effective solutions.
- Monitor clients performance to assess potential and identify growth opportunities. Conduct research on prospective clients, analyze data to deliver client-oriented solutions as well as improve KPIs.
- Update internal databases with account information from departments collaborating with the clients & KAM team. Maintain accuracy in communications and documentation.
- Cooperate with other departments for seamless service Legal, Finance, Operations.
- Actively contribute insights in team discussions and meetings. Identify and address issues with proactive solutions.
- Assist in organizing client events, team events, gatherings, workshops, and training sessions

- A strong proficiency in the iGaming industry.
- Customer Service: a customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide excellent service and address client needs.
- Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members and other colleagues. Primarily in English, other languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and Administrative Proficiency in order to handle administrative tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Team collaboration: ability to work well within a team, supporting Account Managers and collaborating with various departments.
- Excellent computer skills
- Educational background: a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline will be considered as an advantage.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and positive attitude, work under pressure
