That's why we're proud of: - The life we create within our virtual walls, every day - Being B Corp certified - Our honor as a "Best Company to Work For" by Women's Choice Award **The role**: Kin + Carta Americas is looking to hire a Commercial Finance and Contract Project Coordinator to support the business operations teams to provide the required financial rigor, analysis and support for a growth/scaling business and to act as a business partner to key stakeholders within the organization. **Role responsibilities**: Repository maintenance - Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date and properly stored within the contracts repository - Track expirations and other relevant contract milestones, and flag them to the relevant parties - Maintain the relevant trackers with the most accurate information Contract administration - Conduct version control and preparation of contracts for signatures - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to route agreements for signatures - Identify and escalate any contract related concerns to appropriate internal stakeholders - Support the inter-company contract administration process, ensure the repository is kept up to date and create trackers to display the status of these contracts - Gather information about deals to escalate contract reviews to Legal team - Ensures subsequent contract reviewers are equipped with the relevant information to perform assessments (including but not limited to: deal background, margin figures) **Minimum qualifications**: **We want all new hires to succeed in their roles at Kin + Carta.
